Paolo's food is always a treat! We have been dining at his restaurants for 25 years and he never disappoints! We wanted to try Aromi before Chef hangs up his spatula! We celebrated our 38th anniversary last evening. The Veal and Swordfish dishes we had were outstanding! The atmosphere is beautiful within the country club. Adds to the ambience. Only issue for us is our waitress got distracted and happened to forget our espresso. Otherwise the experience was flawless.

Saturday night with a table for five, no problem! This restaurant is wonderful. From the moment you enter you get the feeling of open space. Huge entrance, big tables, not crowded together or loud and a beautiful view of the golf course as the sun went down. It was a bit bright and the music next door at a wedding was a bit loud but all things you can live with. Nice bar with great specialty cocktails. The service was on point! From the server, to the busboy and right up to the manager….all great. Chef Paolo delivers his usual big hearty dishes packed full of flavor and large enough to share on every dish. Next time I’ll split each dish with my wife and leave room for desert. For a small restaurant tucked in the hills of PA, this place was great. BTW wear longs sleeves,it can get chilly inside.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Aromi. We have always loved Chef Paolo's food and were frequent customers at one of his former restaurants, A Ca Mia. We were thrilled to hear that Woodstone partnered with him for this new restaurant. It's the best of two worlds coming together - the beautiful views, comfortable atmosphere, and truly excellent service from Woodstone, coupled with the vast menu and amazingly flavorful dishes from Chef Paolo. The portions are extremely generous. We were seated promptly, and the staff was friendly and pleasant. This is a great date-night restaurant; we're looking forward to returning!

Scenery and building was great. Burger and chicken sandwich were just ok. Nothing special about it. Buns were way over cooked. Gave them 4 stars for the atmosphere. Without it, it be 3 for food and price of the food.

I enjoyed a visit with family while dining at Timber. We had a great table allowing us to easily catch up and talk with each other and the menu had great variety to pick from. The ‘ladies night’ cocktails were delicious. We started with the cheesesteak eggrolls as an appetizer. They were super flavorful and easy to share. I ordered the lobster ravioli mimosa for my entree which had a light cream sauce with a hint of citrus; a great spin on typical cream sauce that really enhanced the flavor of the seafood. Our server was very attentive and the restaurant manager, Jeremy, came over several times to ensure we were well taken care of. I can’t wait to go back for the cocktails and to try something else on the menu!

We were so happy this time! We had come here a few years ago and it was awful and they knew it...they gave us a voucher and we finally came back to use it..... for Father's Day weekend. There's a new manager, Jessica, and she is top-notch... Paolo, the chef is first rate and you will not leave hungry! The sauce and homemade pasta is the best we've had nearly anywhere and the combination of dishes paired with the insanely large menu is so impressive! It's a little loud with a wedding next door and the servers on double duty during events, but have an extra beverage and you won't mind it a bit!

Paolo is a LEGEND. He was also the mastermind behind Pane Vino. No other chefs in the Lehigh Valley can touch him!
